Dr. Lopez founded Healthy Children back in 1997 with a sole purpose, to give back to this community with loving and exceptional care. Since opening his doors to the children of South Florida he has been awarded multiple awards for his excellent service. Dr. Lopez graduated from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in 1989. He then went to Nicklaus Children’s Hospital to complete his residency. Since then he has been serving his community in South Florida as he specializes in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine. Dr. Lopez is affiliated with Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and continues to work with them closely.

Dr. Alfonzo graduated from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in 1989. She currently provides caring and exceptional service at the homestead location and has been practicing pediatrics for 20+ years. Dr. Alfonzo has always been one to want to give back to her community. She has a passion for her dream job that she had set her mind to accomplish since she was only 12 years of age. Dr. Alfonzo is affiliated with Baptist Hospital Of Miami and Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and has been giving back to her community for multiple years. Her sweet and compassionate nature has made her a permanent stay in her community and for reason all her patients love her.
